Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Advanced Sales & Customer Engagement
• Drive sales performance by delivering personalized service and employing advanced upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Resolve complex customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
• Oversee the execution of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with management on stock replenishment, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize store layout and product placement.
Leadership & Team Development
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level sales associates, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional growth.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in customer service, sales techniques, and operational excellence.
• Act as a key point of contact between store management and sales staff, providing regular feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Strategic Sales & Market Analysis
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to set sales targets, monitor progress, and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Participate in training and strategic meetings to contribute insights that drive overall store performance.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and inventory updates for management review, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all operational and compliance documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or a degree in retail management, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
• 5+ years of retail sales experience, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting, including mentoring and training team members.
Skills:
