Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and restaurant management.
As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will work closely with senior managers to learn and develop leadership skills in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Operations Management
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
2. Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service and offerings.
3. Staff Supervision & Team Coordination
- Support in scheduling, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Assist in managing waitstaff, chefs, kitchen personnel, and cleaning staff.
- Foster a positive work environment to ensure teamwork and efficiency.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Help monitor and maintain restaurant inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Assist in ordering supplies and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Track food wastage and suggest improvements for inventory control.
5. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Assist in upselling menu items and promoting special offers to boost revenue.
- Support in managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing profitability.
- Help implement strategies to attract more customers and improve sales.
6. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and restaurant maintenance.
- Assist in implementing health and safety procedures for staff and guests.
7. Technology & POS System Management
- Learn to operate restaurant management software and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in tracking daily sales, orders, and customer preferences.
8. Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Assist in executing restaurant promotions, social media marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Engage with customers through online reviews and feedback platforms.
- Help plan special events or themed nights to attract more guests.
9. Training & Learning Development
- Participate in training sessions on restaurant management, hospitality, and leadership.
- Gain experience in food and beverage management, customer relations, and restaurant finance.

1. Restaurant Operations & Workflow Management- Understanding the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions.
- Assisting in coordinating food preparation, service flow, and kitchen operations.
- Learning to monitor dining room efficiency, ensuring smooth guest turnover and service execution.
2. Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction- Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries professionally.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Assisting in implementing guest feedback strategies to improve service quality.
3. Staff Supervision & Team Collaboration- Supporting restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-desk personnel.
- Assisting in staff scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring teamwork.
- Learning to conduct basic training for new employees in customer service and hygiene standards.
4. Inventory & Stock Management- Assisting in monitoring restaurant inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Learning order management for ingredients and restaurant essentials to prevent shortages.
- Understanding cost control strategies to minimize food waste and optimize expenses.
5. Hygiene, Safety, and Compliance- Ensuring the restaurant follows food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Learning how to conduct health inspections and maintain cleanliness protocols.
- Assisting in enforcing safety regulations for staff and customers.
6. Sales & Revenue Growth- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and special offers.
- Assisting in upselling menu items to increase restaurant profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with a strong interest in restaurant management are encouraged to apply.
