We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Regional Sales Representative to lead sales initiatives across a defined territory. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in B2B or regional sales who excels at strategic planning, account management, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing high-value accounts, and mentoring junior team members within your region.
• Regional Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region through proactive outreach and market analysis.
Expand the customer base by targeting high-potential clients across various sectors.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Key Account Management:
Manage and grow relationships with high-value regional clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs, business objectives, and decision-making structures to tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate complex deals, prepare customized proposals, and close sales that align with revenue targets.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast revenue, analyze territory performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust approach as needed.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to meet client needs.
Share industry insights, sales techniques, and best practices with junior sales staff.
Support onboarding and development of new team members in the region.
• Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback to sales leadership.
Track KPIs and analyze metrics to guide decision-making.
Expanding territory revenue and market share
Managing and growing strategic client accounts
Leading high-level negotiations and sales presentations
Contributing to regional strategy and team development
Maintaining data accuracy and reporting integrity in CRM
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5–7+ years of experience in regional or field sales, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas within a defined territory
Experience managing complex client relationships and closing high-value deals
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
