Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative (Mid-Level) to manage sales activities and client relationships across an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 2–4 years of experience in B2B or regional sales who thrives on achieving targets, expanding market reach, and delivering value to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and contributing to regional sales growth.
• Territory Management & Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and demos to showcase products and solutions.
• Account Management & Client Retention:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored product recommendations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional accounts and handle post-sale support when necessary.
• Sales Execution & Forecasting:
Prepare and negotiate quotes, contracts, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the region.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Reporting & Collaboration:
Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales volume, activity, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on client feedback and sales strategies.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and regional conferences to represent the brand.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or B2B sales roles
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with regional travel, client engagement, and solution selling
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confidence in conducting face-to-face meetings and product demos
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to changing markets
Analytical mindset with attention to detail in reporting and strategy
