Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Regional Sales Representative to support our sales efforts across assigned territories. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience or a strong interest in regional sales, looking to develop skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and territory growth. You’ll work closely with senior sales staff and gain hands-on exposure to B2B selling across multiple regions.
• Territory Support & Lead Development:
Assist in identifying potential customers and business opportunities within the assigned region.
Support outbound outreach through email, phone, and field-based research.
Help build a qualified pipeline by following up on leads and setting appointments.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Support initial client communications, learning to understand customer needs and product requirements.
Attend meetings and presentations with senior team members to gain exposure to deal negotiation and closing.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers to build trust and brand awareness.
• Sales Coordination & Reporting:
Assist with preparing proposals, sales materials, and regional presentations.
Maintain CRM records for regional activities, customer details, and pipeline status.
Support regional sales reporting by tracking performance metrics and activity logs.
• Market & Product Familiarization:
Gain knowledge of product offerings and regional market dynamics.
Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
Participate in product and sales training programs to build your skill set.
Supporting regional business development and outreach
Building foundational sales skills through client interactions
Learning sales tools, CRM systems, and regional strategies
Assisting in territory growth efforts alongside senior sales staff
Developing into an independent field sales contributor
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or regional marketing
Internship or academic project experience in sales or market research is a plus
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a field-based role
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks on the go
Adaptable, positive, and able to work well independently or with a team
Attention to detail and professionalism in client-facing situations
