We are seeking an energetic and motivated Regional Sales Representative (Entry-Level) to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales while covering a defined geographic territory. You will support senior team members, build client relationships, and help drive sales activities across the region.
• Territory Support & Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying and researching potential clients within the assigned region.
Conduct outreach through phone, email, and field visits to introduce company products and services.
Help schedule meetings, demos, and site visits with prospective clients.
• Client Engagement & Follow-Up:
Participate in discovery conversations to understand client needs and assist in offering appropriate solutions.
Support the sales process by following up with leads and maintaining ongoing communication.
Build basic product knowledge to explain features and benefits effectively.
• Sales Coordination & Administrative Support:
Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and pricing quotes.
Enter client information, activity updates, and sales notes into the CRM system.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to support order fulfillment.
• Learning & Development:
Participate in product, sales, and CRM training to build a strong foundation.
Shadow senior sales reps during client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings in the region.
Supporting territory growth through lead development and client outreach
Learning B2B sales techniques and relationship-building strategies
Gaining product knowledge and market awareness
Providing administrative and field support to the sales team
Preparing for independent territory management in the future
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in sales, customer interaction, and regional travel
Internship or academic project experience in sales or marketing is a plus
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and within a team
