Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the refinery sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely records of recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
