Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
