    • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with new testing methods, quality control standards, and mechanical system advancements.
    • Help train and onboard new quality control team members on procedures, tools, and best practices.

Key Focus Areas:

  1. Quality Assurance and Inspection:

    • Ensure the integrity of mechanical systems by performing accurate and thorough inspections and tests on components and machinery.
  2. Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical quality issues, while actively participating in process improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.
  3. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all inspections and quality control activities are documented properly and comply with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Team Support and Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with engineers, production staff, and other departments to ensure product quality and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Educational Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3-4 years of experience in quality control, mechanical systems, or manufacturing processes is required, with a proven track record of performing inspections and troubleshooting mechanical components.
