Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
