Job Description: Product Designer

Job Summary:

As a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing user-centered products and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for driving the design process from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, innovative, and engaging product experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts for new product features and improvements.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and collaborate with teams to iterate on design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across product interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver functional and visually compelling designs.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and work towards achieving seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product designs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing professional product design work, including UI/UX projects.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing functional and user-friendly products.
