Job Description: Product Designer

Job Summary:

As a Junior Product Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have foundational experience in product design and a strong passion for creating user-centered, functional products. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to craft seamless and engaging experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly product interfaces.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.
• Collaborate with senior designers and product teams to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
• Contribute to user research, user testing, and gather feedback to improve product designs.
• Ensure design consistency across product interfaces and maintain brand guidelines.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, performance data, and team input.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Support the design team in ensuring the product design meets user needs and expectations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and product design processes.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.
• Ability to design responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant product design work (personal projects or professional work).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in product design (internships or freelance projects are valuable).
