Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Pipeline Fabricator to lead our pipeline fabrication team. This role involves overseeing complex fabrication projects, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of pipe materials, fabrication techniques, and a proven track record in pipeline construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute pipeline fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling pipelines with high precision.
• Oversee the preparation and alignment of pipelines for welding and installation, ensuring strict compliance with specifications.
• Interpret and review detailed pipeline schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings for complex projects.
• Provide technical guidance to the fabrication team and ensure all tasks are performed to high standards.
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and propose effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Inspect fabricated pipeline components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and company standards during all fabrication activities.
• Perform final checks and quality control before components are delivered for installation or welding.
Assign tasks to team members based on skills and project priorities.
• Collaborate with project managers, welders, and engineers to align fabrication work with project timelines.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and requirements to stakeholders effectively.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certification in fabrication, welding, or pipeline construction (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline fabrication, including working on complex and large-scale projects.
