Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Monitoring:
• Operate packaging machines such as wrappers, sealers, labelers, and cartoners under supervision.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure continuous and efficient packaging operations.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications and production requirements.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting:
• Inspect packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic machine issues and malfunctions.
• Work alongside senior operators in performing machine adjustments and troubleshooting tasks.
Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards during machine operation.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions to uphold a secure working environment.
Maintenance & Record-Keeping:
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Help maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Promptly report any recurring issues or deviations to supervisors.
Learning and Development:
• Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills in packaging machine operation.
• Learn to interpret machine indicators and perform quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to gain insights into advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework in mechanical or electrical systems, industrial technology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
• Some foundational experience or training in machinery operation is beneficial; however, 1-2 years prior professional experience.
• Internships, projects, or hands-on training related to machinery operation or industrial processes are advantageous.
Skills:
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in machine operation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating mechanical systems.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
Certifications (Preferred):
• Basic safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid/CPR) are an advantage.
• Additional certifications related to machinery operation or industrial maintenance are beneficial but not required.
