Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative (Mid-Level) to help drive revenue and expand our market presence. In this role, you will manage your own territory, actively seek out new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to work independently, close deals, and contribute to strategic sales goals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and in-person visits
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market research
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Conduct product demos and tailored presentations that align with client needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (inside sales, operations, and customer service) to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management

• Driving growth in assigned territory through active field engagement
• Delivering value-driven presentations and closing mid-sized to large deals
• Building long-term client partnerships and increasing account value
• Using data and CRM insights to manage pipelines and forecast revenue
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in outside sales or field-based client engagement
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment
• Solid understanding of the sales process and solution selling
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
