Job Title: Outside Sales Representative 

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Outside Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and oversee the execution of regional sales strategies. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in building and mentoring high-performing teams, managing key accounts, and driving business growth across multiple territories. You will be responsible for setting targets, tracking performance, optimizing sales processes, and representing the company in high-level client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives across designated territories
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional and company revenue goals
• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of field strategies
• Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to drive productivity and professional growth
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support team members in complex negotiations
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts
• Ensure proper use of CRM systems and reporting tools to track sales activities and pipeline status

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in outside sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading successful sales teams
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C field sales dynamics and customer engagement
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales reporting software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within assigned territories
