Job Title: Outside Sales Representative 

Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and eager Junior Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is designed for individuals with some experience or strong interest in field sales, who are ready to build their skills in customer engagement, relationship building, and territory management. You will support the sales process by generating leads, conducting client visits, and assisting with proposals, all while learning directly from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:


• Visit prospective and existing clients within your assigned territory to promote products and services
• Assist in generating leads through research, cold calling, in-person networking, and local outreach
• Participate in discovery meetings to understand client needs and offer basic product information
• Support in preparing sales materials, quotes, and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, visits, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and support in deal closures
• Continuously develop product knowledge and improve sales techniques through training and field experience

Key Focus Areas:


• Learning to manage and grow a sales territory
• Building client relationships and developing confidence in field-based selling
• Supporting senior sales representatives and shadowing key meetings
• Becoming familiar with the full sales cycle and CRM systems
• Gaining product knowledge and practical experience in solution-based selling

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or field-based roles preferred (internships count)
• Strong interest in developing a career in outside/field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
