Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face communication, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment. As an entry-level field sales rep, you will receive training and mentorship to help you develop essential skills, gain product knowledge, and grow into a successful sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Visit potential customers in assigned territories to introduce company products and services.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through local market visits, events, and referrals.

• Client Engagement:

  • Engage with prospects and customers in person to understand their needs and explain product features and benefits.

  • Build rapport and trust to create lasting client relationships.

• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

  • Conduct on-site product demos and presentations.

  • Clearly communicate value propositions and answer client questions effectively.

• Order Handling & Follow-Ups:

  • Assist in preparing quotes and closing deals in coordination with the inside sales team.

  • Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Reporting & Territory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and client feedback using CRM tools.

  • Organize daily routes and manage time efficiently to cover assigned areas.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Building communication and interpersonal sales skills

  • Understanding customer needs through in-person interaction

  • Developing product knowledge and confidence in field presentations

  • Managing territory outreach effectively

  • Learning sales processes and CRM usage

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • A strong desire to build a career in field sales

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
