Job Title: Omnichannel Retail Manager

The Omnichannel Retail Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing seamless customer experiences across all online and offline retail channels. This role requires a strategic leader who understands digital and physical retail integration, customer journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, logistics, and IT to ensure a unified brand experience.
Develop and execute an omnichannel retail strategy that integrates e-commerce, brick-and-mortar stores, mobile applications, and social commerce.
Lead initiatives to unify online and offline customer journeys, ensuring seamless interactions and personalized experiences.
Optimize customer touchpoints, including in-store pickups (BOPIS), curbside services, home delivery, and returns.
Align business objectives with technology to enhance omnichannel capabilities such as AI-driven recommendations, chatbots, and digital kiosks.
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to improve shopping experiences across all channels.
Oversee loyalty programs, CRM strategies, and customer segmentation to drive repeat business.
Implement customer feedback loops and leverage analytics to enhance service delivery.
Partner with UX/UI and digital teams to optimize website navigation, checkout processes, and mobile commerce experiences.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for omnichannel success, including conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), and in-store traffic influenced by digital channels.
Monitor and analyze omnichannel sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Work with merchandising teams to ensure inventory availability and assortment consistency across all sales channels.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to create integrated campaigns and ensure unified messaging.
Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to enhance inventory visibility and fulfillment efficiency.
Lead pilot programs and innovation initiatives, such as virtual try-ons, augmented reality shopping experiences, and personalized AI-driven recommendations.
Drive the adoption of emerging retail technologies, including RFID, mobile POS, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with physical store operations.
Stay updated with retail trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or omnichannel strategy, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and customer data analytics tools.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and performance measurement.
Understanding of emerging retail technologies and digital transformation trends.
