Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined Junior OEM Sales Engineer to support our growing OEM sales team. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or engineering who is eager to develop their skills in B2B technical sales. You'll assist in managing OEM client relationships, supporting the sales cycle, and learning how to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Lead Support & Prospecting:
Assist in identifying and researching new OEM prospects and sales opportunities.
Conduct outreach through email, calls, and industry events under the guidance of senior sales engineers.
Maintain and organize client information and lead details in the CRM.
• Client Communication & Technical Assistance:
Support discovery conversations with clients to gather basic technical requirements.
Assist in preparing initial solution proposals and technical documentation.
Communicate clearly with clients about product capabilities, timelines, and processes.
• Sales Support & Coordination:
Work closely with senior sales engineers and account managers to develop presentations and proposals.
Help coordinate cross-functional communication with engineering, production, and logistics teams.
Track order progress and ensure smooth post-sale handoff to operations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare internal reports and client summaries to support sales team goals.
Assist with CRM data entry and follow-up scheduling.
Supporting the OEM sales process and learning technical solution sales
Assisting in customer communications and document preparation
Gaining exposure to product integration and technical requirements
Building foundational experience in engineering-driven sales
Developing client-facing communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or junior sales roles
Strong interest in OEM sales and B2B client engagement
Familiarity with engineering concepts, manufacturing, or industrial systems
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic technical aptitude and eagerness to learn complex product details
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
