Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically curious OEM Sales Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop a strong foundation in sales engineering within the OEM sector. You will support the sales process by learning about client requirements, technical specifications, and product solutions, while working closely with senior engineers and sales teams.
• Lead Support & Prospecting:
Assist in identifying and researching potential OEM partners and clients.
Help generate leads through targeted outreach, trade shows, and inbound inquiries.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support early-stage prospecting efforts.
• Technical Pre-Sales Support:
Participate in client meetings and discovery sessions to understand technical needs.
Assist in preparing technical documents, presentations, and product overviews.
Learn to communicate product benefits and technical specifications clearly.
• Proposal Preparation & Documentation:
Support the development of sales proposals, quotes, and technical configurations.
Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy of offerings.
Maintain and organize sales documentation and templates for future use.
• CRM & Reporting:
Log and track all lead interactions, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM.
Assist in compiling sales performance metrics and pipeline status reports.
Keep internal documentation up-to-date with client requirements and feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in technical sales and OEM partnerships
Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, product design, or sales is a plus
Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Clear communication skills—both technical and interpersonal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
