Job Title: National Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Director to oversee and enhance our nationwide sales operations. This mid-level leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales plans, lead regional teams, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales strategy, market expansion, and team leadership to optimize sales performance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Align sales objectives with business goals and execute plans to maximize profitability.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to enhance performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team achievements.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
3. Revenue & Business Growth:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
- Optimize sales operations to increase revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track sales performance and generate reports to measure success against targets.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and improve efficiency.
- Implement sales forecasting models to predict market demand and sales outcomes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales teams and other departments.

Qualifications:
1. Education:

2. Experience:
- 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing national or multi-region sales teams preferred.
