Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Motion Graphic Designer with strong animation, video editing, and visual storytelling skills. This role involves conceptualizing and creating high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, branding, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in motion design, video production, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to develop visually compelling multimedia content.
- Edit and enhance video footage with motion design, special effects, transitions, and sound design.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and prototypes for animation projects.
- Optimize motion graphics and videos for different formats, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to improve creative output.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Advanced knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, compositing, and special effects.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video projects.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or animation.
- Previous experience in an agency, production house, or marketing team is preferred.
