Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, branding, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, technical skills in motion design, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
  • Design and animate visual elements for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Edit and enhance video footage, adding effects, transitions, and sound design.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align visuals with brand identity.
  • Create storyboards, visual concepts, and prototypes for animation projects.
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for different digital formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of video production, editing techniques, and motion graphics workflows.
  • Ability to create visually compelling content that enhances user engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video work.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video editing.
  • Prior experience working in an agency, media company, or marketing team is a plus.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Motion graphics for digital marketing and branding.
  • Social media animations and short-form video content.
  • Video editing, compositing, and post-production.
  • UI/UX motion design and visual effects.
  • Storyboarding and concept development.

Tools & Software:

  • Required: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Preferred: Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, Adobe XD (for UI animations).
