Job Title: Monel Tig Welder

Overview of the Role

The Monel Tig Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques on Monel materials. This junior-level position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of welding principles and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Monel Tig Welder will work closely with senior welders and other team members to ensure that all welding projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding operations using Monel, ensuring adherence to welding standards and specifications

  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  • Conduct quality inspections of welded components to ensure compliance with standards

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues

  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

  • Maintain accurate records of welding activities and inspections

  Experience:
