Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Supervisor – Fresher Level to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Maintenance and Repair Tasks:
- Assist senior mechanical supervisors in overseeing daily maintenance and repair tasks for mechanical systems, such as pumps, motors, turbines, compressors, and other machinery.
- Ensure that tasks are being completed according to the maintenance schedule and that all mechanical systems are functioning optimally.
- Observe and assist in assigning tasks to technicians, ensuring that workloads are distributed effectively and efficiently.
Team Coordination and Support:
- Support in supervising and coordinating a team of junior technicians or maintenance workers, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and work effectively.
- Help ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and materials for their tasks.
- Provide guidance on safety procedures and maintenance best practices, ensuring that work is performed according to established standards.
Quality Control and Performance Monitoring:
- Observe and help ensure that maintenance and repair work meet quality standards and are in compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist with inspections to verify that equipment is operating within the required specifications.
- Provide feedback on the team’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting ways to optimize mechanical systems.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure the team follows safety regulations and protocols during maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
- Help monitor the work environment to ensure that all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is used.
- Participate in safety audits and assist in identifying potential hazards or risks in the workplace.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Help maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and part replacements.
- Assist in preparing daily or weekly reports on the status of mechanical systems, maintenance schedules, and any issues that arise during operations.
- Track inventory levels of mechanical parts, tools, and equipment, reporting any shortages to senior management.
Learning and Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to improve your technical knowledge and supervisory skills.
- Learn to manage maintenance schedules, report problems, and identify solutions as you progress in the role.
- Work closely with experienced supervisors to gain a deeper understanding of supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and team management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Technical certification in mechanical maintenance, safety procedures, or industrial equipment is a plus.
Experience:
- 0- 1 years experience is required, making this an ideal position for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in mechanical systems.
- Any hands-on experience during internships, academic projects, or apprenticeships related to mechanical systems or industrial maintenance is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong interest in mechanical systems and the ability to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of mechanical components, tools, and systems.
