Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead our marketing analytics initiatives and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee complex data projects, develop advanced analytics strategies, and guide cross-functional teams with actionable insights. As a key contributor, you will partner with senior leadership to shape our marketing strategies and optimize performance through data-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of multi-channel marketing data, employing advanced statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to uncover actionable insights.
- Data Integration & Quality: Oversee the integration of disparate data sources, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and seamless access for analysis and reporting.
- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, sales, IT, and finance teams to ensure data insights are effectively translated into strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in data analytics.
- Innovative Solutions: Evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities, streamline processes, and drive innovation across the marketing function.

Skills and Knowledge Required
- Advanced Analytics Expertise: Proficient in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques with a strong command of tools such as SQL, Python/R, and Excel.
- Data Visualization & BI Tools: Extensive experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build compelling, interactive dashboards.
- Marketing Analytics Acumen: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, campaign performance, ROI analysis, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in managing large datasets, data warehousing, and integration of multiple data sources.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in analytics, data science, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
