Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Marketing Data Analyst to drive our marketing initiatives through advanced data insights and analytics. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end data projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize marketing strategies based on detailed analysis. Your expertise will be critical in refining campaign performance, enhancing customer segmentation, and ultimately driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of marketing data across multiple channels to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Campaign Optimization: Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and improve ROI through data-driven recommendations.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration from various sources.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that data insights effectively drive business strategy and operations.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Data Visualization: Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling and interactive data visualizations.
- Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Statistical & Predictive Analysis: Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and machine learning principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or additional certifications in analytics or digital marketing is a plus.

- Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is desirable.
