Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and deployment of automated email marketing and other digital campaigns.
Workflow & Process Optimization:
- Help design and optimize lead nurturing programs, segmentation strategies, and customer journey workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, ensuring data hygiene and proper segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate basic reports, and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Support A/B testing efforts to optimize campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve issues related to automation processes, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements within the marketing automation platform.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Technical Aptitude:
- Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles including email marketing, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness to learn is a plus.
