Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Marketing Automation to lead the development and execution of advanced automated marketing initiatives across our organization. In this leadership role, you will drive the strategic integration of marketing automation with our digital marketing efforts, optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, and manage cross-functional teams. Your expertise will ensure that our marketing automation strategies not only drive revenue growth but also enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that aligns with overall business and marketing objectives.
    • Establish long-term goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for automation initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Team & Resource Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing automation team.
    • Oversee the allocation of budgets, resources, and technology investments to support strategic initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization:
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and refinement of complex, multichannel automated campaigns.
    • Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other digital platforms and CRM systems.
    • Act as the liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to communicate insights, strategies, and results.
  • Technology & Process Innovation:
    • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance marketing automation capabilities.
    • Ensure best practices in data management, segmentation, and compliance with industry regulations.


Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Advanced Technical Proficiency:
    • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM integrations.
    • Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement tools, with a solid understanding of A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
    • Ability to translate business objectives into robust, automated marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.

    • Proven track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    • In Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced Degree (Preferred):
    • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Relevant certifications in marketing automation, digital marketing, or data analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Experience
