As a Senior Associate at a prestigious Maison, you play a key role in delivering a world-class client experience while driving sales performance and brand loyalty. You are expected to uphold the brand’s heritage, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of key operational and client-facing tasks.
Provide personalized luxury service to a diverse and discerning clientele.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs.
Drive individual and team sales targets through strategic selling and product knowledge.
Maintain and grow a client book; conduct regular follow-ups and outreach.
Organize private appointments and assist in boutique events to cultivate client relationships.
Understand client preferences and anticipate future needs and trends.
Guide and mentor junior and new associates on sales techniques, customer service, and brand values.
Lead by example in both client interactions and internal responsibilities.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Support visual merchandising standards and ensure alignment with brand image.
Oversee stock control, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
Assist with boutique opening/closing duties and ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product movement, and market trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles, with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
