As a Junior Associate at Maison, you will support the brand’s mission by delivering excellent customer service, learning operational processes, and contributing to the brand's image and performance. You will work under the guidance of senior team members and gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain experience.
Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional approach.
Provide product information and recommendations tailored to client needs.
Support VIP and loyal client services under supervision.
Assist in reaching sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with brand integrity.
Ensure correct display of merchandise according to brand guidelines.
Tag, organize, and replenish products on the sales floor.
Help manage inventory during deliveries and stock counts.
Support visual merchandising setup and seasonal updates.
Ensure displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with the brand identity.
Maintain a professional appearance in line with the Maison’s dress code.
Stay informed about the brand’s history, values, and product line.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Fashion, Retail, Business, or related field preferred).
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail (internships or part-time experience is a plus).
Language Skills: Proficiency in [local language]; English or other languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
