We are looking for a highly experienced and dependable Senior Maintenance Supervisor – Boiler Section to lead the full spectrum of boiler system maintenance operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance strategy, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, optimizing system reliability, and guiding a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence across boiler and auxiliary systems.
Develop, implement, and oversee long-term preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for steam boilers and associated equipment (burners, economizers, feedwater pumps, control systems).
Lead and manage maintenance teams across multiple shifts, ensuring smooth, round-the-clock operations.
Conduct performance analysis of boiler systems and recommend upgrades, overhauls, or efficiency improvements.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex boiler system failures and operational deviations.
Supervise critical maintenance shutdowns, overhauls, and boiler inspections in coordination with plant engineering and safety departments.
Ensure precise calibration and reliability of boiler control systems and instrumentation.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level supervisors, fitters, and technicians.
Define roles, set performance expectations, and manage skill development plans for maintenance personnel.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and technical excellence across the team.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for high-pressure boiler operations.
Serve as the key liaison during internal and external safety audits, boiler inspections, and compliance reviews.
Lead incident investigations and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage the maintenance budget for the boiler section, including labor, materials, and contractor costs.
Approve and oversee procurement of critical spares and inventory management.
Generate high-level reports on boiler performance, downtime trends, maintenance KPIs, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to align maintenance with production priorities.
Identify and implement opportunities for energy savings, equipment upgrades, and process automation.
Stay current with technological developments, industry best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Champion the adoption of digital tools like CMMS, IoT-based monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
First-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (mandatory)
Additional certifications in safety, energy management, or reliability engineering (preferred)
7–10+ years of progressive experience in boiler maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Deep knowledge of industrial steam systems, water treatment, combustion systems, and control automation
Proficient in P&ID interpretation, failure analysis (RCFA), and condition monitoring techniques
Familiarity with PLC/SCADA controls, CMMS platforms, and energy efficiency tools
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance and accountability
Excellent communication, project planning, and coordination skills
Strategic thinking with a focus on reliability and cost optimization
