We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Maintenance Supervisor – Boiler Section to support the daily maintenance activities of boiler systems and auxiliary equipment. This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in mechanical maintenance who are looking to grow into a leadership role. You will assist in planning and executing maintenance tasks, ensuring operational reliability, and maintaining safety standards.
Assist in the supervision of routine maintenance, inspection, and minor repair activities on steam boilers, feedwater systems, and burners.
Monitor boiler performance and report any abnormalities or required interventions.
Ensure proper startup and shutdown procedures under senior guidance.
Support senior supervisors in assigning daily tasks to technicians and fitters.
Provide hands-on guidance to junior maintenance personnel in carrying out safe and effective repairs.
Maintain shift logs and assist with workforce scheduling.
Adhere to all safety protocols related to high-pressure boilers and steam systems.
Ensure team members use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Help maintain spare parts inventory for boiler equipment and notify seniors of replenishment needs.
Document maintenance tasks, log equipment conditions, and submit reports to the senior maintenance team.
Assist in updating maintenance records and compliance documentation.
Participate in training programs related to boiler systems and plant operations.
Stay updated with standard operating procedures and mechanical codes relevant to boiler maintenance.
Take initiative in learning troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, or related technical field
Boiler Attendant Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain)
1–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably involving boiler systems
Familiarity with boiler components such as economizers, burners, and water level systems
Basic knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance procedures
Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and preventive maintenance
