We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Manager – I&C Systems to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and performance of all instrumentation and control systems across our plant operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that field instruments, control systems, and automation infrastructure function efficiently and comply with safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary I&C teams in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
Plan, manage, and execute maintenance programs for all field instrumentation and control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS).
Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize asset life.
Lead a team of I&C technicians and engineers, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to control loops, signal integrity, transmitters, valves, analyzers, and system interfaces.
Coordinate maintenance during planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency situations.
Develop and maintain calibration schedules, test protocols, and maintenance procedures in compliance with international standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and functional safety standards (e.g., IEC 61511, ISA, API).
Maintain spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and vendor coordination for I&C-related equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for control system upgrades, reliability improvement projects, and process optimization.
Generate maintenance KPIs, reports, failure analyses, and recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Control Systems, or Electronics Engineering
10–15+ years of experience in I&C maintenance in industrial environments, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa, Siemens, etc.)
Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
Certification in Functional Safety (TÜV, CFSE) or equivalent is an asset
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
