We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Luxury Tourism Planning to support and enhance our high-end travel experiences. This role requires an individual with a strong grasp of luxury travel trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate and execute exclusive travel experiences for elite clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing complex travel logistics while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Luxury Travel Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of luxury tourism strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Research and curate high-end travel experiences based on client preferences.
- Manage travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and concierge services.
- Ensure that all luxury travel experiences meet and exceed client expectations.
2. Client Relations & Service Excellence:
- Provide personalized consultation and support to high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address client requests and handle last-minute changes with efficiency and discretion.
- Work closely with the customer service team to provide seamless and exceptional experiences.
3. Vendor & Partnership Management:
- Collaborate with luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation providers, and bespoke service vendors.
- Negotiate exclusive deals and partnerships to enhance client offerings.
- Ensure all service providers meet the highest luxury standards.
4. Operations & Team Collaboration:
- Support the Director in implementing operational strategies for seamless travel experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and logistics.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to luxury tourism services.
- Utilize travel technology and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and personalization.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
