Job Summary

The Supervisor IoT Product Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing a dynamic team of product managers dedicated to the development and enhancement of Internet of Things (IoT) products. This position requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, ensuring that our IoT offerings not only align with the overarching business objectives but also resonate with customer needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of IoT product managers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure the alignment of IoT product strategies with overall business goals and market trends, adapting to changes as necessary.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of IoT products, using data to inform decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative environment between product teams, engineering, marketing, and sales to enhance product development and launch processes.
• Ensure effective project management across all IoT product initiatives, maintaining timelines and budgets while achieving project goals.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and success metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on product plans, roadmaps, and product launch strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in product management is preferred.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering successful IoT products to market.

Tools and Equipment

• Jira/Confluence, MS Project for project management and collaboration.
• Advanced data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Product Management Software like Aha! and Productboard for product planning and tracking.
• CRM and ERP tools to manage customer relationships and enterprise resources.
