The Fresher Inventory Control Technician supports the management and control of inventory for rotating equipment parts, including turbines, compressors, and auxiliary components. This entry-level role focuses on accurate bin management, stock record maintenance, and assisting with inventory audits to ensure material availability and traceability.
Update and maintain accurate stock records for rotating equipment parts in the inventory management system.
Assist in labeling and bin tagging to ensure correct identification and traceability of parts.
Organize and maintain rotating equipment parts bins according to category, usage frequency, and storage guidelines.
Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Assist in receiving, inspection, and proper storage of rotating equipment spare parts.
Facilitate issue and return processes for parts used in maintenance or projects.
Prepare inventory movement logs and support documentation for audits.
Report stock levels, shortages, or excesses to inventory control or procurement teams.
Follow warehouse safety protocols and material handling procedures.
Ensure storage complies with manufacturer and company standards for preservation and protection.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience in inventory control, warehouse, or materials handling
Skills:
Basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP knowledge a plus)
Strong organizational and data entry skills
