Overview of the Role

The Instrumentation and Control Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the instrumentation and control sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the instrumentation and control sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
