Overview of the Role

The Instrumentation and Control Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the instrumentation and control sector. As a Director/VP level position, this role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record in recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that the organization attracts the best candidates to meet its operational needs. This position is based in AE and offers an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment efforts in a dynamic and growing field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the instrumentation and control sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations to promote the company and attract emerging talent.
