We are looking for a skilled and experienced Instrumentation and Control Manager to oversee the engineering, maintenance, and operational integrity of instrumentation and control systems across our plant facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate measurement, control, and automation of process parameters while upholding safety, compliance, and system reliability. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership in I&C, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and projects.
Manage the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, level, and analyzers).
Oversee the configuration, integration, and performance of control systems including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS.
Lead the development and enforcement of I&C standards, engineering documentation, and best practices.
Coordinate I&C scope in capital and turnaround projects from FEED through commissioning and startup.
Ensure functional safety compliance (IEC 61511) including SIL classification and verification.
Supervise a team of instrumentation engineers, control technicians, and system integrators.
Collaborate with operations, electrical, mechanical, and automation teams for process optimization and control loop tuning.
Manage I&C spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and support contracts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISA, IEC, API, NEC), local regulations, and cybersecurity requirements.
Prepare budgets, performance reports, reliability KPIs, and improvement plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
10–15+ years of experience in instrumentation and control within heavy industry
Strong knowledge of control platforms (Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Siemens, ABB, etc.)
Functional Safety certification (e.g., TÜV) is highly desirable
Familiarity with HAZOP, SIL assessment, and alarm management
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
