The Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, retaining existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and handling inquiries — all through phone, email, and online communication channels. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring consistent follow-up to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Contact and follow up with clients from the company database to understand requirements and generate business.
Retain and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring repeat business.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.
Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations professionally and promptly.
Negotiate rates and terms while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower and services.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM for follow-up and service tracking.
Address and resolve client complaints in a calm, solution-focused manner.
Follow a systematic sales process to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on client interactions, opportunities, and feedback to management.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (experience in manpower supply or mechanical engineering industry is an advantage).
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Patience, persistence, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing motivation.
Systematic and organized approach to work.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
