Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Representative Supervisor to lead and oversee our inside sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day operations, and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring that our inside sales operations run smoothly and effectively in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee and motivate the inside sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training to improve team capabilities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and boost revenue.
- Monitor and adjust sales tactics in response to market trends and customer feedback.
- Operational Management:
- Manage daily operations of the inside sales team, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient use of CRM systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, track key metrics, and generate reports for senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Guide the team in managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service and long-term client relationships.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
