Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our results-oriented sales team. This role is suited for a high-performing sales professional with deep experience in inside sales who can manage complex sales cycles, lead strategic outreach, and drive revenue growth. You will work independently and cross-functionally, mentoring junior reps, optimizing sales processes, and closing high-value deals.
• Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and target high-value accounts using data-driven outreach and market insights.
Develop strategic outreach plans via phone, email, social media, and virtual events.
Qualify and prioritize leads based on business impact, fit, and urgency.
• Advanced Client Engagement & Qualification:
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with decision-makers and influencers.
Understand and address complex business needs, objections, and stakeholder dynamics.
Use advanced qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling) to assess opportunities.
• Virtual Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling:
Lead tailored product demos and solution presentations that align with client priorities.
Position the product/service as a strategic business solution with measurable ROI.
Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and build consensus virtually.
• Proposal Development, Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Craft customized proposals, pricing models, and value-based contracts.
Lead negotiations, address procurement/legal concerns, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and senior leadership on enterprise-level contracts.
• CRM, Forecasting & Process Optimization:
Maintain comprehensive and clean data in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Share insights to improve lead conversion, sales cycle efficiency, and win rates.
Mentor junior inside sales reps and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
Driving high-value, consultative sales via remote channels
Partnering with marketing and customer success to accelerate pipeline
Leading virtual sales strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments
Mentoring team members and improving team performance
Innovating inside sales tactics and processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Strong record of closing mid- to high-value deals remotely
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and virtual selling
Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to map solutions to business goals
Comfortable handling complex deals and long sales cycles
