Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Inside Sales Representative (Mid-Level) to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with prior experience in inside sales or telesales, who excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals remotely. You will manage the full inside sales process, engage with prospective and existing clients, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• Lead Generation & Outreach:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activities.
Leverage CRM data and market research to target high-potential leads.
• Client Engagement & Qualification:
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, goals, and decision-making processes.
Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to determine fit and potential.
Nurture leads through personalized communication and timely follow-ups.
• Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge:
Present solutions virtually through demos, calls, and tailored presentations.
Highlight business value, ROI, and product differentiation based on client needs.
Stay up to date with product knowledge to address client questions confidently.
• Proposal, Negotiation & Closing:
Create and send customized proposals, pricing quotes, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and close deals primarily via phone or video conferencing.
Collaborate with sales leadership on larger opportunities or strategic deals.
• CRM Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance reports to the sales manager.
Track key metrics like conversion rates, deal velocity, and sales activity.
Closing qualified inbound and outbound leads
Building scalable and repeatable sales processes
Collaborating with marketing and account management teams
Exceeding individual and team sales quotas
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in inside sales or B2B telesales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Strong understanding of sales funnels and remote selling techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident in conducting remote presentations and product demos
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinker with strong follow-through and attention to detail
