Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team by generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills, gain industry experience, and contribute to a high-energy sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings for senior sales representatives.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and nurture relationships to create repeat business opportunities.

3. Sales Process & Target Achievement:

  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales campaigns to attract potential customers.

4. Market Research & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
  • Provide customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

5. Administrative Support & Reporting:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Support the sales team with data entry, documentation, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).

2. Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Internship or part-time sales experience is a plus.

3. Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain persistent in sales efforts.

4. Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in customer service or telesales.
  • Passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
