Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to launch a career in sales. You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle—from initial outreach to lead qualification—while learning from experienced team members and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients through online tools and databases.

  • Initiate contact via phone, email, and social media to introduce the company and generate interest.

  • Maintain and grow a list of prospects in the CRM.

• Client Interaction & Qualification:

  • Conduct introductory calls and emails to understand basic client needs.

  • Gather information to qualify leads for the senior sales team.

  • Set up meetings or demos for Sales Executives or Account Managers.

• Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, document management, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and share feedback from client interactions.

• CRM & Reporting:

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of communications, leads, and status updates.

  • Assist in preparing weekly reports on lead activity and outcomes.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Building and maintaining a strong lead pipeline

  • Learning sales tools, techniques, and product knowledge

  • Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams

  • Contributing to team goals and learning from feedback

  • Developing a foundation for a long-term sales career

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and technology

  • Internship or academic projects in sales, marketing, or customer service are a plus

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional emails

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required
