Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified mechanical engineering professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and fit for client requirements.
  • Maintain and expand a robust network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
