The IT and Networking Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our technology and networking divisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the IT and networking sectors.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
