Overview of the Role

The IT and Networking Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT and networking sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT and networking positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
